  • First reschedule with more than 24 hours’ notice:

    No fee. Full credit issued.

  • First reschedule within 24 hours: $10 fee

  • Second reschedule or beyond:

    $10 fee each occurrence


After completing and submitting this form, please allow up to 24 hours to receive an email with your coupon code to redeem when rebooking.
