Reschedule Form

(For Instructor Candidates)

Rescheduling Policy disclosed at the time of enrollment.

1st occurrence

  • $25: 72+ hours before class

  • $50: Less than 72 hours


2nd occurrence

  • $50 fee applies regardless of notice provided.


3rd reschedule not permitted

  • A maximum of two (2) reschedule requests is allowed.

  • After two reschedules, the participant must re-enroll and pay the full course fee.


After completing and submitting this form, please allow up to 24 hours to receive an email with your coupon code to redeem when rebooking.

How to Redeem Your Coupon Code

You will receive an email containing your unique coupon from admin@begincpr.com within 24 hours.

(May appear in SPAM.)

 

Enroll at www.BeginCPR.com and enter Coupon Code in the Order Summary Box on the Customer Details Page.

Finalize booking by clicking Place Order.
