If it has been LESS than 24 hours since you enrolled,
the 5% cancellation fee will be implemented and deducted from your payment.
If it has been MORE than 24 hours since you enrolled,
the $15 non-refundable administrative fee will be implemented.
Refunds will NOT be issued for less than 24 hours notice.
