Instructor Candidate Policies
Health & Safety Precautions
Masks are welcome but not required. Students who have a fever or display symptoms of COVID-19 or the flu will be required to reschedule. Only registered class participants are allowed in the classroom during training.
Blended Learning
Students participating in a Blended Learning course must complete the online portion before the scheduled in-person session.
If you do not receive a link to the online course by the following business day, please contact us.
Classroom Course
Student must attend entire course, pass skills session, and written test (if required) to receive certification.
Certification
All course certifications are digitally issued and valid for 2 years. Please ensure the spelling of your name and email are correct during checkout.
No Refunds
No refund will be issued if students attends course, completes online portion and/or receives course completion certification.

American Red Cross & American Heart Association Instructor Candidate Students

No refund if student attends in-person skills session and/or receives course certification.
Notice of less than 72 hours before class - No Refund
Notice of 1 week or 72 hours before class - 50% Partial Refund
Notice of more than 8 days before class - Course Fee less $50 admin fee Partial Refund (ex: $320 - $50 = $270 Partial Refund)

1st occurrence
$25 fee - more than 72 hours notice before class
$50 fee - less than 72 hours notice before class
2nd occurrence
$50 fee - with or without 72 hours notice before class
Participant may not request to reschedule more than twice and must enroll in the Instructor course again and re-pay full amount.
