Cancellation Policy (For an individual only)
More than 7 days notice before the class:
Should you request to completely cancel the enrollment of a student, please note that a 5% cancellation processing fee of course fee will be deducted from the refund.
Less than 7 days notice before the class:
Should you request to completely cancel the enrollment of a student, please note that a 10% cancellation processing fee of course fee will be deducted from the refund.

Rescheduling Policy (For an individual only)
Participants who are unable to attend and would like to reschedule, would need to reschedule at a BeginCPR facility. A rescheduling code valid for a credit of $85/per student shall be issued to use at BeginCPR.com for rebooking.

Should you request to reschedule the entire class, a $50 rebooking fee shall be implemented for less than 72 hour advanced notice.
