Health & Safety Precautions

Students must wear a mask to participate in course. Students must sanitize hands before entering office. A temperature check may be conducted using a no-contact infrared thermometer.  Students who have a fever or display symptoms of COVID-19 or the flu will be required to reschedule. Only registered class participants are allowed in the classroom during training.

Blended Learning

Students participating in a Blended Learning course must complete the online portion before the scheduled in-person session. Student will not be allowed to complete the in-person skill sessions and must reschedule.

Classroom Course

Student must attend entire course, pass skills session, and written test (if required) to receive certification.

Certification

All course certifications are digitally issued and valid for 2 years. Please ensure the spelling of your name and email are correct during checkout.

No Refunds

No refund will be issued if students attends course, completes online portion and/or receives course completion certification.

Cancellation Policy

American Red Cross  &  American Heart Association Students

Please email TrainingFaculty@begincpr.com to cancel your session. 

 

  • No refund if student provides notice 8 days or less before session.

  • Course fee minus $50 administrative fee will be issued if cancellation is requested 8 days or more before the class.

Reschedule Policy

American Red Cross  &  American Heart Association Students

Please email TrainingFaculty@begincpr.com to reschedule your session. A code will be issued to you by email to use upon checkout.

 

  • 3 days or more notice - $25 fee will be implemented on first occurrence

  • Less than 3 days notice - $50 fee will be implemented on first occurrence

  • 2nd Occurrence and thereafter - $50 fee will be implemented each occurrence
