Cancellation and Refund Policy
1.) No refund if student attends in-person skills session and/or receives course certification.
2.) No refund for cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours of the session.
3.) Should participant launch or complete the online portion and provide 24 hours advance notice,
a partial refund will be issued as follows:
50% of Course Fee minus $15 non-refundable administrative fee
(ex: $85 course x 50% - $15 admin fee = $27 Partial Refund issued)
4.) Should participant not launch or complete the online portion and skills session and provide 24 hours advance notice,
a partial refund will be issued as follows:
100% of Course Fee minus $15 non-refundable administrative fee
( ex: $85 course - $15 admin fee = $0 Partial Refund issued)
